Overview:
Join fellow CABAM Juniors and Seniors on a unique academic experience in Seattle, Washington—a national hub of innovation, entrepreneurship, and creativity. From February 12–16, 2026, you'll participate in a curated educational itinerary designed to connect your classroom learning to real-world industries in business, technology, and design.

Educational Purpose:
This immersive program goes beyond tourism. Students will engage directly with professionals, institutions, and interactive experiences that align with CABAM coursework and future college and career pathways.

Academic Highlights:

✅ Industry Immersion – Tour leading companies like Amazon, Boeing, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Discovery Center, where students will learn about corporate strategy, technological innovation, and global impact.
✅ Higher Education Exploration – Visit the University of Washington for a guided campus tour and learn about programs related to business, engineering, and the arts.
✅ Career-Focused Workshops – Participate in interactive sessions on design thinking, corporate communication, and professional development tailored for high school students.
✅ Cultural & Historical Context – Explore Seattle’s rich history and modern culture with guided visits to museums, architectural landmarks, and historic neighborhoods.

Tentative Educational Itinerary:

February 12 – Welcome to Seattle

• Morning departure and arrival in Seattle
• Educational tour at the Museum of Flight: STEM and aviation innovation
• Historical walking tour of Pioneer Square, Seattle’s founding neighborhood
• Visit to a major sports stadium (Lumen or T-Mobile) and the International District
• Evening learning experience at the Seattle Pinball Museum: The intersection of design and entertainment

February 13 – Higher Ed & Innovation

• Historic city overview from Smith Tower
• University of Washington campus tour and academic exploration
• Creative entrepreneurship walk through Fremont
• Visit to Museum of History & Industry (MOHAI) for a hands-on civic innovation experience
• Night visit to the Space Needle via the Monorail

February 14 – Business in Action

• Morning visit to Boeing’s Future of Flight for STEM career insight
• Professional skills workshop at Pike Place Market: Customer service, brand identity
• Afternoon tour and educational sessions at Amazon HQ
• Design thinking workshop at the Bill & Melinda Gates Discovery Center

• Evening reflection at Starbucks Reserve Roastery

February 15 – Art, Culture, and Reflection

• Final day begins with a walk along the waterfront
• Exploration of the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP): Careers in media and design
• Art and visual storytelling session at the Seattle Art Museum
• Closing group dinner and overnight flight home
