Important Requirements
Students must complete all eligibility requirements listed on the PHUHS Athletics website before participating in tryouts or team activities.

⚠️ If you've already played another sport this school year and your information is current, you do not need to repeat the clearance process.
Just add "Boys’ Basketball" to your athletic account.
